Did you ever notice when you're watching TV that just about every show or movie that's geared to an adult audience always have booze. Somebody is either getting hammered doing shots, or somebody's pouring bourbon out of a decanter or friends are enjoying a nice glass of wine. Just an observation!

Agreed! It really is surprising hw much of media is geared towards alcohol in advertising!

Yes it's really triggering for me. Even movies about recovery feature pre -recovery and relapse scenes so there's really no way to get around it! And TV shows with teens as a rule seem to feature a lot of drinking. I happen to like adult movies and TV so I really don't know what to watch anymore without getting triggered.
The best is when they show someone just sitting and staring, but since there’s a drink involved they’re edgy and cool
