I was off today. Already a soft spot for him. I talked to him on his way to golf and he said everything was fine. I cooked dinner as a good wife should. Only for him to say at the end, im not hungry. He knew well before that he wasnt. Why is he messing with me like that. He likes to chip away at my spirit, loves to see me hurt. Help, im so upset.

I'm so sorry, Amy. As someone who used to be married, I understand the pain in between spouses due to lack of communication and misunderstanding emotions.
I know you're asking for help. Have you considered, telling your husband how you feel? Have you considered marriage counseling?

Yes, that would hurt. You put care into something and then felt like he used it to get under your skin.
Before anything else, take a breath and don’t let this one moment decide what you believe about yourself.
