Divine intervention

I’m so grateful for being taught the value of people again. A root of bitterness was slowly, insidiously growing inside me against people. I used to be a big supporter of people but lately was losing that …and fast. I’ve was shown and chose to receive the light others offered me and my optimism was switched back on after a very “dark night of the soul” last week. Make it a great day! I love you all… you beautifully messed up beautiful people!

Nice message Meegan! I like your choice of words as well…really hits home. I can relate to always trying to see the good in people and in life, yet slowly slipping into the darkness of my addictions. The conflict between “good and evil” raged inside of me for years. Evil may have won the battle, but in defeat…good won the war! Thanks for sharing

Meegan, your post reminded me of today’s reading I received from a fellow AAer, I go thru same every few months and chalk it up to my disease trying to isolate me so it can do its insidious work, only by connecting and helping others can I help myself. So glad to connect and get help from others who got and continue to get thru same and similar feelings. Here’s that reading:
