Divine timing 💜

Today reminded me that healing is guided, not forced. When I finally chose peace over pain, my body felt it before my mind did. The calm, the lightness, the quiet pride.. those are whispers of alignment. That’s what it feels like when you stop abandoning yourself and start listening inward.

I’m learning that clarity doesn’t come from chasing answers or staying connected to what hurts. It comes from creating space, trusting divine timing, and honoring the truth that anything meant for me will meet me in honesty and safety. Letting go isn’t loss — it’s release. And release is holy.

I am exactly where I need to be, becoming who I’m meant to be.

This is a beautiful place to land. Keep trusting what your body and spirit are telling you, that’s part of healing. You’re right where you need to be, just keep walking it out one day at a time

Lauren, that means so much to me. I didn’t always feel safe in my own emotions, so reading that my words feel grounding to someone else is really powerful. Everything I write comes from sitting with my feelings instead of running from them. You absolutely have that same voice inside you.. it just gets clearer the more you trust it. :purple_heart:

Absolutely. One day at a time keeps me grounded. The process works when I stay honest and present. :purple_heart: Thank you, RJ!

I agree, Dean.. simplicity keeps me grounded. At the same time, I’ve learned that emotions aren’t always simple. They ask for depth and honesty. For me, keeping it simple means staying willing to feel what’s there without overcomplicating or avoiding it.
