Gotta love the “Your way is stupid!! Do it my way!!!” people. Some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten was to find what works for me and go with that. Hasn’t failed me yet. Prayers for the still sick and suffering. 
Just because someone isn’t picking up, doesn’t mean they aren’t still hurting. I’ve learned I’ll never find peace if I’m constantly looking for the worst in others just to make myself try to feel better.
