Do you have to be Sober to be here? I relapsed and I'm pretty sure I've somehow got Alcohol Intolerance aka Allergic reaction to Alcohol. Please respond. Thank you. 10/1/21

We are all trying to get sober. Relapsing just means you need help, and that is why we are here

Can you reach out to someone locally next? There's help in NC surely. AA will help you figure out where you're at and what the allergy is all about.

Iā€™m certainly glad to hear you are allergic to alcohol. Lol. No judgement here madame. We all been there. Just give sobriety your best shot and keep coming back. Find some local meetings and zoom. Take a break from using and give living a try.

My Dr says it's a bacterial infection, over video Appt yesterday, I'm taking Antibiotics for it started them yesterday. Of course I never told her I thought it. Was an Allergy to Alcohol

True sign of an Alcoholic. I've been trying to get sober ever since my Mother passed away from covid. But it's Definitaly not easy
I miss her dearly everyday. My Mom was my Rock and she got Sober at age 30, she used to take me to AA when I was 16 yrs old, and now I'm 59, and only by the Grace of God am still alive. Thanks for letting me share. From Wilmington Nc
