I've learned a lot through my journey. I was once a young person with a lot going for me and a bright future but I didn't think booze would take the toll that it did. If my lessons can benefit someone that is further back down the road I will always help if I can.

I refused to surrender for 25 years and practically destroyed my life in the process. I was in and out of AA over and over and over. Countless white chips and deemed hopeless. God has plans for me they're playing out right before my eyes. I've never been so blessed and never thought I could be so fortunate. Yes, I struggled. Now I go with the flow.
I struggle because so much of me was so wrapped up in my use. One thing that I been working hard on is recognizing the need for support and groups. If i don’t take my own time, then I have a better thing to spend time clear headed on what is going on around me. It helps but it takes time
