Address any pain you have that triggers you. Mine has kept me from being myself and from doing the things I enjoy for so very long. It's had me turning to the bottle for 30 years (I'm 43). It's made me legitimately insane. I'm so glad I'm able to do something about it now. Any prayers are appreciated and muliplied!
