Doc gave dad one year if he does chemo and less than 6 months if he does not. Thank you for your prayers. They are helping as even tho I am totally panicking and freaking out. I am still sober. So please keep praying. Thank you loosid family. Don’t know what I would do without you

They say god doesn’t give you more than you can handle. I don’t know if I could handle everything you’re going through and certainly not on my own. I hope you have the support you need and sending prayers for strength and serenity. Big hugs from a sober sister across the internet

Please don't rely on "prayers". Please reach out to your in person sober network. Stay connected with them, reach out daily, spend time with them when you can, stay focused.

You will 100% stay sober through this test bc you are strong enough and your parents would definitely want you to! Be there for your dad and the rest of your fam as the rock they all need. You Got this.

is with you. Take each moment and sit down and talk , ask about a story something to remember. Those are the moments we get to hold on. You don’t have to use or drink over this. Stay strong
