Does anyone else have REALLY needy kids? My oldest daughter (10) has autism and my younger daughter (8) has some major separation anxiety issues and requires constant attention (we're working on it).
Some days, I just want the constant demand for me to go away...and I want to turn down the noise...alcohol used to make the needs and noise more bearable.
Yes. I can relate to this in different ways. My son is 7, daughter 16 months. Im on my own single parenting. Some days even just hearing "momma" is enough to make me feel like snapping. Its so hard to be needed all the time.
The demands of parenting when getting sober is A LOT. you are definitely not alone and you need support! Iām a single mom myself and am here to listen and help however I can.
