Does anyone feel out of place in public were alcohol involved and you keep being sober? I became antisocial after I stopped drinking

I mean yes. I feel weird because people act awkward around me when I say I no longer drink. But they will be alright lol

You just have to surround yourself with positive people. Join AA get to meeting. Trust me there’s plenty to do and have fun. Summer time is coming.

Thanks for the advice Most of my friends drink and I feel out of place. But I have managed to stay sober almost 8 years. And tbh AA is not for me

I find myself not as active in the alcohol scene, but I still get out, go to concerts and things.
