Does anyone have a zoom link for anxiety support groups? I am still attending aa meeting buts my anxiety has gotten so incredibly high and want to try a support group. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check out NAMI. They might have something to help. I know I’ve done my ptsd support groups through them In the past.
