Never, unless you work on it.

There is no definitive answer. Everyone is different. Your program, and sobriety, while similar to others is all your own. Your mental health is different than everyone else. Hard work, meetings/program, step work, therapy…. All things that can help. Don’t take the easy way, it is a journey to heal not a sprint to prove you are better.

I don’t go to AA to keep from drinking, I go to work on the things you listed. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly.

All of these are discussed in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. They are all addressed by staying sober, working the steps with a sponsor, and going to meetings.

While AA and the program can be beneficial to some, it’s not for everybody. To resolve those issues, you gotta do some self reflection to start. Maybe some therapy if you feel that would be beneficial. There are many ways to resolve those issues you’ve listed. It’s all about what is best for your own personal sobriety.

I have been sober 10 years and everyday I work on the list. Some days are better than others but you learn to deal with these emotions

It varies. The end of all of these is where we grow beyond them.
