Does anyone here have any experience effectively navigating an employer who has mandated the COVID-19 vaccine without allowing the stress of said situation become detrimental to your mental health and recovery journey?
Hmmm, that is tough situation. Does your employer have an HR department you can speak to in order to clarify your options? Also, find out if they are an equal employment opportunity employer. Seems to me that there can be some grounds there for discrimination. Any how, that data may help your case when talking to HR or even to a lawyer if esclated. This may sound like a generic blanket reply but if the job effects your mental health and recovery you have to face the bigger questions like is this the place for you? I feel ya!
