Deep breathing, meditation, find something to distract yourself with. Also maybe it would help to take a step back and take a look at how you are approaching the issue.

It’s getting easier but sometimes my mind just won’t stop..

Completely get it, I get into my head and overthink more then I should as well.

What has worked for me is movement and immersion in nature.

Moving your body….

Walking in open spaces reduces amygdala activation and signals to the brain that you are not in immediate danger.

Or crank up a tune and dance.
