Does Life get Overwhelming?

Hey sober family, when life seems to be doing its best to beat you down, what are some things you do to stay the course and not resort to that drink/drug? What are some of y’all’s favorite coping skils? Mine are:

Running (w/ music blasting)
Boxing (smash the bag, not a face)
Journaling ( put it on paper)
Making ME time (guilt free pleasures)
Meditation (turn down life’s noise)
