I hope so, day 4 here and it really is testing every bit of my patience. Now I see why people go to detox facilities away from everyone they know to get sober.
I certainly does! Stick with it and things will definitely get better and easier!

Every day gets a bit easier than the last, for the most part. Obviously, difficulties will arise that make some days more challenging, but overall, sobriety will become easier and improve your life as you continue in it. The opposite of addiction, which destroys.

I certainly understand, though. The first days can be very difficult. Stick with it, it’s worth it, and the rewards are indescribable.

It certainly does , I used to use every single day , anything i could get my hands on, now i’m sober for a month and it’s honestly life changing <3 wishing you the best

Absolutely. Everyday is better then the last if you stay sober. It's not gonna be easy though. Keep your head up!!

I’m in the same boat! I sometimes feel it would be easier if I was forced to get sober but in the end it’s still up to you to stay sober. You’re stronger than you think!

Not necessarily easier but life definitely does get better. We still have to deal with life on life's terms but if you're working a program, you'll have the tools to deal with these things. I suggest giving it a serious three months and wait for the miracle to happen.

In the beginning No!!!! But after 4 months of struggling with your cravings- Yes it does get easier and easier and within a year you don’t want anything to do with alcohol or alcoholic people around you and you can smell it on people

No expert here on day 67 myself but day 67 is A LOT easier than day 7 was and I hope day 97 is easier than today and so on. You got this.
