Don’t know how much more that can kick me when I’m sober it’s like a sad country song but I’m still sober but the last few days have been rough and it’s like everything I want is so close and so far away any advice would help right now just trying to keep it all together
Hang in there man …. Gotta take it a day at a time , a minute at a time … unfortunately in recovery we go through moments like this .. I’ve been fine all day , was with my daughter and then I went to work in a great mood , then bam , felt anxiety hit and some depression and it’s like , why? … just happens man

Write that hit country song! ...I'm just teasn but honestly I always feel better when I write n get thing out! GOOD that yr still sober...don't know what yr going through but drinking or drugs will only make it worse
