It’s not exclusive to sobriety.
It feels like this sometimes. You’re doing the right things. Feel it. Share it. Process it. The most important thing is that you are there for yourself. You have not abandoned yourself. You have not run away from yourself by drinking/using. Not sure what your spiritual beliefs are, but you also have “the universe” with you. Hopefully you’ve built a little support system around yourself. If you have, they have your back too. Of course, we are all here holding each other up thru the good and bad. You have lots to be grateful for

A fine time to get to know self
Some days I regret not pursuing a concept I believe will help many of us. A sober living tiny home intentional community. There were a lot of people that said it made sense. None that had the time to devote to it due to jobs they had but disliked.
I'm so sorry that you don't have anyone checking in on you so I'm glad that you posted here so we can check on you. How are you doing? Message me anytime keep your head up this too shall pass.

My addiction left me alone. I don't have many friends and the friends I have are going through their own thing. I just keep focusing on making my life better. It's been so cold I haven't been able to go to a meeting since I don't have a car.
