Don't know if I have the willpower to stay sober this is hard. All alone no family out here no friends just me and my thoughts and Netflix what have I become!!!

Willpower won’t do it. You need help from other alcoholics. There is a solution. Find a meeting. This video explains our condition:

I feel this. Exactly.
We have the disease of addiction which is incurable but can be arrested through prayer meditation and a 12 step recovery program! Not one but all!!

I like this. It’s not one thing that keeps me sober. It’s all the things.

Staying sober is hard in the beginning and def harder with no supports but you gotta get out there and network with sober people and it becomes easier with using the program
