I read a post from another community member and he said that he was a Dopamine addict. Well, I feel the same way. I have been sober for 6 months 8 days. I’m hooked on sweets and soda. I also have a strong desire for other pleasurable things. Does anyone know what I can do to curb this craving?

Just take your time and start eating and drinking a little bit a day and start eating fruits and vegetables that's what I'm in the process of doing now it's not easy but it's attainable

I too am a dopamine addict. I found going to the gym every morning helps tremendously. It releases dopamine naturally. Seratonin and testosterone levels are also increased. Just 30min to an hour a day does wonders. Also switching to sugar free sparkling water helped me. People have their opinions of aspartame but I promise it's the lesser of the two evils.
