10 days sober! Not drinking is starting to be normal again and I’m feeling so good about it. I’m worried about the holidays and how my girlfriend will react (she thinks I’m going back to drinking), but I know I’ll stay sober no matter what. Alcohol is awful and destroys everything.

Keep pushing Ryan! Keep remember what you are saying here…alcohol is awful and destroys everything. Keep repeating this to yourself throughout the day. You need to deal with your gf. You tell her exactly what you are telling us and yourself…alcohol is awful and destroys everything
