I respect your beliefs for you, but it is 100% possible to get and remain clean and sober and have a good life without God or Jesus or any other "god".

Sure. Where there's doubt there is struggle. People don't need a religious conversion to get sober. Telling them otherwise is dangerous. People are dying out here.

Offering something to someone is one thing. Telling them it's the only way is completely different.

You can deny your sin all you want. I know the truth and there’s nothing dangerous about spreading the message that our savior died for all of us including you. You clearly have some personal vendetta against him. I get it someone probably hurt you, but that’s not his fault. Even when it seems like no one here loves you Jesus still does, I don’t know a safer message.

Also, there is almost nothing more dangerous than fundamentalist christianity ie religious fanatics. They've been killing in the name of Jesus for centuries.

You, go with it. I don't find it necessary to criticize any way anyone gets sober. All that matters is the end result.

I don't agree with everything that Gary does nor do I have any need to demean it. If God works, then God bless you. I agree with nothing that Taylor has ever posted, yet I am happy for him that he is sober and I don't have a need to criticize his comments either.

I am happy you have found a faith that works for you. There are many paths to the truth and the light, and all of them are valid.
I personally don't believe in organized religion, but many have found it to be a path that works.
