Had a VIVID relapse dream last night. A little shook today. But I’m grateful it was a dream, and for another day sober. I will push on!

Hang in there, Brian, the good thing about that is we’re able to fill the shame, the insanity of chasing and the remorse of using. An the amazing thing is it’s just a dream.

I'm almost 7 years sober and I still get drunk dreams. For me, I use them as a reminder of why I don't drink anymore!

Those dreams never go away. Embrace them and be grateful it wasn't real!
