Wow! Thanks for sharing! That’s something new I can put into my mental journal!

I’m reading a book Atomic Habits that speaks to some of this. It’s all about building tiny changes. Making that 20 count! :muscle:t2:

Hey I’ve started new habits like sculpting and something to keep the mind occupied. I’ve deleted toxic social media like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. And I’ve eliminated who I see and hang out with because we live in a very narcissistic and manipulative society of negative beings.

Also going to the gym. Listening to prayers on youtube each morning and night. As welll as listening to Christian rock songs. I know my mind is very fragile especially after all the years of alcohol n hard drugs.

Love these! You’ve inspired me to make a long list of positive things to do instead of drinking and keep it with me (in my emergency kit lol) or post where I see it every day.:muscle:t2: These are good ones - thank you!

Dimitri congrats on 41 days. I heard it actually takes 66 days to rewire the neurological connections in the brain :brain:. Plus to really help strengthen these connections we must eat certain foods that can lots of good nutrients. The School of Greatness podcast on Apple or Spotify or YouTube channel episode with dr Shawn Stevenson is a beautiful episode on this topic of what foods are good for our brains :brain:.
Keep up the good work.
Ps helping others is really the key to a spiritual awakening. Stay sober my friend
