I had to surrender and get medically detoxed. Broke the cycle and went to 3 in person AA meetings everyday for a few years or more. Did the 12 steps a bunch of times. 16 years sober and grateful. I’m here to be of service.

Seek help immediately you may have to enter a detox facility. I know how you feel been there, been clean and sober for 230 days now and that's the best decision I've ever made.
