Last night woke up several times during the night. Had one of those vivad drug use dreams. I woke up feeling a little guilty like I had actually done the drug. I know I didn't use and I also know that they are very much a part of this disease. I just woke up this morning, gave myself some grace, and am grateful I didn't use.
