I left a voicemail for your staff yesterday, August 22, 2026 regarding some legal issues I have from living in Chicago. This is in regards to crystal methamphetamine. The voicemail is on your Mental Health line.
The legal issues go back to 2006 to 2012 when I was a volunteer for Test Positive Aware Network and participated in the Ride For AIDS Chicago in 2008, 2009 and 2010. This involves Bruce William Dmytrow and Barry Allen Frank - both of whom were boyfriends of mine.
I was friends and a roommate of Richard Cordova ( 2010 to 2011 ). I've attached a photograph of two RFAC riders who were upset that I apparently was using narcotics. They are both HIV+. If I was using narcotics, it was for recreational purposes only.
Today, I am HIV+ as of March 2012 with an AIDS diagnosis. I reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am experiencing sexual harassment and violence in my community as a result of individuals like these two who became angered about my use of narcotics and provided information about me and my private personal information activities to TPAN Staff that started a legak file on me.
I suffered through a traumatic suicide attempt in July 2009 and my suicide attempt is in direct relationship to these events with TPAN / Vivent Health Chicago and these aforementioned individuals.
Pleae help identify who is responsible for the harassment and provide legal feedback to your staff and volunteers. I would also like to understand what legal remediation from Vivent Health Chicago that I have available to put closure on this matter.
