Drunk dreams!?

Has anyone had dreams about yourself drinking again and they seem, actually, real? I keep having this dream over and over. I’m somewhere drinking, I’m slowly getting drunk and I’m my mind I thinking wt* am I doing? I can’t end up in the hospital again and I might not survive this time.

They suck. When I wake up there is a feeling of relief that it’s not reality. Lean into that aspect of it if you can.

Yes but it seems they’ve just came lately. I have no chance of making it one more go round. Just wondering if anyone else had these?

Same! But it literally scared me at first!

I've even had a few where I felt drunk and then woke up and hated myself for it. Best one though was the one I was in a cruise ship drinking and it turned out the ship was the titanic.

Oh my!!! Now that’s crazy!! :flushed:

Yes! I get them a lot!

I use to have them and as time went on they eased up

I know. Do some research on lucid dreams. It’ll be helpful.

Only have 80 days and it’s non stop drinking nightmares it’s literally keeping me from getting any sleep. I wake up thinking I have to start all over it’s crazy!

Yes ! Those dreams can freak u out , I would have a dream and wake up with anxiety and think like wait , was I drinking tonight ?!?

Your subconscious minds can really f*** with you!

Yep been there around 9 months sober and literally thought I drank. Or I was chasing a bottle and couldn't reach it.
