Havent drank since last friday.. hoping i can continue this streak. Was really craving a beer last night. Hoping i can stop for good this time. Also is your mood heavily effected for the first few days?

Yes, mood swings are super common in the first days sober. Your body and mind are adjusting, and it can feel like a rollercoaster. Jsut be gentle with yourself, it’s all part of the process. It gets better, hang in there.
