Due to losing my friend and co worker. I relapsed. 3 days sober now. I know it was dumb but, I just wanted to numb the pain which lasted till the next day. It's hard to deal with feelings. He lost his life to a drug overdose that he was fighting for a long time. I know he would want me sober.
