Man all this time forgot to thing right infront Of me. Im so so so so so grateful my 3 kids are super healthy, easy going and thriving in what they love. I will NOT take that for granted and will continue to heal for me and them as I want to ensure above follows them. Im open with them they know struggles but most importantly they NEVER have to question my love and genuine interest in them and lives.

You realize what was almost lost without ever being gone.
The fact that they know your struggles and still never have to question your love, that’s resilience.
Keep going. This version of their dad is the one they get to keep.
I get it. It's uber easy to think of ourselves all the time. Whenever someone asks how I'm doing I defer to my kids are healthy and that's all that matters.
