During this time of season, the holidays are rough when you are in recovery, it takes a lot to maintain yourself, so you do not go back out the doors and relapse. First you must find yourself a sponsor and a spiritual connection with some kind of spirituality, those things are key. Always stay motivated even if you decide. You're going to\n Volunteer your time to someone else. Keeping a clear mind and playing the tape. All the way through keeps you in constant connection with being with a solid foundation. Remain.\n Ing humble during this season, because remembering where we came from and what we don't want to go back to staying away from those old friends, old places and old things during this time of season, so you don't have the relapse flashbacks and making a constant consistent choice to stay clean and sober for 24 hours. Remember that it gives you 24 hours for a reason throughout a day? And that's so you can replay that day over at any given time. Remember to stay focused and don't lose sight of where you came from. That way, you will have a focused foundation of where you do not want to return. I'm here as always. I am sponsoring people. I am walking my life in recovery. I am working a 12 step program with my sponsor I stay in constant contact with my sponsor I tend to go to church and not on a regular basis but I do attend. Remember that you can easily be pulled back into your old lives just by being stupid and not thinking before you act but always remember, always remember that back. There is where you had no soul. You had no morals, you had no in motivation. You were just stuck in a spiral downhill battle that led us to jails, institutions and most of us dead. And I know that if we are out here and we're still trying to fight Don't let it be your last say to fight. I love you all and I'm here if you need me.
