If you give up now it'll be worse than before. But you keep pushing through it is so worth it. Believe me keep pushing

Sometimes it gets harder before it gets better because you’re facing things you may have avoided before. It’s part of the healing process, even if it feels overwhelming. Just keep taking it one step at a time. You got this!

Hang in there at first it just gets different then it gets better sometimes we still face hardships, but you learn and develop new ways of getting through it

Not sure how long you’re sober but remember it takes awhile for the alcohol to leave your system. You’re doing great but I am going to suggest meetings, reading, sober friends. There is so much on utube also. Take it one day at a time. Sobriety is far from easy.

We all have hard days hard weeks and hard months but that’s what makes us stronger today then yesterday you’re gonna be alright just take a breath of fresh air and know that it’s not over but a detour in the road of recovery

Wow can I relate to this, I thought once I put down the bottle everything would fall into place and get better right away. That doesn't happen. It takes alot of hard work to climb out of the hole that you've dug fr yourself. It's not easy buy its alot better than to simply keep on digging.

Keep God out of this. At least a God as defined by others. The 101 knew to leave the door open for all. Believe in what you believe in or believe in nothing. Just know you’re not the be all , end all.
Wanna stop struggling ? Go get a sponsor. A real sponsor that works out of the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous and that works steps. Yea , that simple. You’re welcome

First six months are hard, but if you do the right things, it will get easier. Don’t give up
