Easier said than done but....everyone please be careful out there! We just had 6 West Point Mikita Academy cadets OD down here a couple weeks ago from doing coke laced with fentanyl and apparently there is some new thing going around nicknamed ISO that looks like M30 pills and other pills that is 20 times more potent than fentanyl! You never know what you are getting. 2 of the guys that OD'd were from giving the others mouth to mouth! Years ago I'd almost laugh when they said it is life or death but it REALLY is!

Like I said, easier said than done, it's more of a warning to people to encourage even further not to use. We all know the percentages of relapse in recovery. Let's be real

Pretty sure that’s what happened to my brother in Ft. Myers and the detectives said they have had multiple OD’s in the past couple weeks. I pray these dealers get caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent! I understand when playing with fire you can burn but the fentanyl bs is out of control and taking way to many people from us
My close friend is an EMT and he said people are dropping left and right, it's so sad and scary. The really sad part is he said had guys get revived with narcan and taken to the hospital to be gone beyond saving within hours of release

my ex OD same thing laced coke had to hit her with narcan twice it was the scariest thing ive ever been through definitely something I never want to go through again prayers for those still struggling
