Go to a shelter and look for local resources. Call 211 and someone may be able to help. If you can go back to treatment but go to a meeting. You reached out and that's big. Keep going. One day at a time.
That can be tough since you just left a rehab but there has to be more options out there
Going back to the same environment after rehab is super tough, I know. I also had to do that.
