For me, it feels incredible. I sleep better, I wake up feeling alert, alive, ready for the day.

I have lost 20 lbs of beer belly and been exercising and starting to get fit and healthy again. After many, many years.
What does 85 days sober mean?
85 days for me means I CAN do this. It means I can do another 85 days.
And so can you!
