This app is a bit wonky. I'm sure I don't see everyone's post. Stick around and we will start recognizing you. Give it a chance. Share your story. Everyone is here for the same reason and many feel the same kind of feelings especially is the beginning. Alcohol doesn't discriminate it messes with anyone so this group is diverse. No type here. I tend to respond to people who are in the very beginning of their journey. Detoxing or first few weeks. I try to encourage ppl to give it some time. If I make a connection I keep going. If I don’t, I don’t.
Many people are determined to do this by themselves.

I agree with Steven.
I’m reading some of your posts and some have nothing to do with struggling to say sober. You say your boss is cooking the books and now you’re worried about your job but you have it under recovery. Like what do you even want people to say to that? The only thing people would even say is “everything happens for a reason! You’ll find a new job! Hang in there! Etc”.
If you’re struggling to stay sober because of life events then place it in the correct category. If you want attention which is seems like you want then post about the stuff people are on here to talk about …. Their addictions.

Don’t worry about what people think so much, this is suppose to be a judgment free zone. If you sweat the petty stuff you’ll be more likely to have a misstep and nobody wants that. Hang tough.
