End of the day gratitudes

are just as effective as morning ones. I overslept today, only having time to get ready for work, taking the protein shake with me, and having that first cup of coffee after my first client. I appreciate and am grateful for the simple simplicity of young children who are learning to name and understand emotions. I am grateful for the parents who encourage thier children to practice the skills taught in therapy sessions. I am grateful for new information learned regarding symptoms of trauma being manifested in other mental health categories. I am grateful for my coworkers. I am grateful for new opportunities and the ability to add tools to my therapist toolbox. I am ever so grateful for being able to order online for groceries and other needs.
I am grateful, as always, for Lil Man and Lucy. They greet me with such enthusiasm and I appreciate that every day.
