Still have sleep in my eyes, but I'm enjoying a very early quiet morning while little one sleeps. I love waking up early and going to bed early. Those two things alone have helped me stay sober. I've had my moments, of course, but I'm staying strong and decided to do keto for my mental health since most of these struggles stem from that. I remember being keto before having my daughter and I didn't suffer from panic attacks at all. I will get back to that.
