Thank you for your transparency. It would be difficult for me in am arena of program thumpers, as I am. Brava! My hope is that you not only made a decision to quit alcohol/drugs, that you also get into community, the heard, right in the middle where the predator alcohol/drugs has less of a chance picking at you and a relapse occurs. As an introvert it still is difficult for me, I practice it, like any other craft (singing, sports, cooking, etc.) So I get better at it.
