I have a career. No debt that's not an investment. The peace of mind that that brings allows me to focus on other areas of growth.

Always bet on myself. I'll only put $$$ into stocks once or twice a year, right after the market takes a huge dive mostly so these companies can report losses roughly 3 months later they rebound at peak. Rinse repeat. Then turned a 615k home into an 800k one just by waiting. Don't bother upgrading property, it's the land that acquires value. And live a lifestyle that doesn't have me living paycheck to paycheck. Couldn't do any of it without a career though. No income doesn't matter how much you save, your out of the game. I don't see alot of careers out there these days aside from government or family inherited buisness.
