I wake do push-ups pray,more pushups coffee push-ups, abs readings for loosid more abs meditation and pushups abs. Healthy routine

I recently started taking the gym more seriously. So glad I did, I feel 10x better

I have to workout. Its such a big part of my life right now. If im feeling upset or depressed even if im having the most amazing day. I workout. I dont eat junk food,no pop candy. I had half a can of pop 50 days I go and it made me feel so gross. I treated my body like a garbage can for so long its nice to feed it properly and I tell myself every day,I love me.
