It feels that way for sure. I try to focus on the positive things in life so that the negatives don't feel so huge. Life is still gunna suck. We just don't drink or drug to deal with it. Looks like you have some well established hobbies already. Maybe jump back into those?

Everything I love I've broken.
But for the last 18 months, I've been fixing the broken parts, by not making things worse.
Need some specifics but I would imagine you are " catastrophizing" as they teach in rehab. Just don't pick up the bottle and get some sleep. It will get better
