Vibes and prayers. God will help you through it I believe. Glad your abuser is going to jail. 
I’m really sad to hear that.. especially for your babies. I hope this will be a strong starting point for you, and just know there’s help you can sign up for it you need food and such! Stay strong and make sure to feel it all instead of trying to numb yourself to it.. I hope you’ll be okay and stay strong!!
It's really disheartening to hear you pass through all these alone and surprising that no one stood by you. At this point you need all the moral support you can get cause it's not easy fighting alone. Thank God he's goin to jail at least you'll be free

I know it's hard to see the signs of abuse even that you been through it before thinking you have recovered from the previous abuses we seem to carry that hoping it won't return when it done you can reach out to al-anon call your central office AA for information

Al anon is for people who love the addict or alcoholic to recover from the mental abuse
