Sorry, whatever you do, you use or paraphernalia\nThrow it in a huge dumpster, so you can't retrieve it later.Trust me I have. Completely clean your house.I found c*** all over.

I had to go to detox for sure. I couldn’t do it on my own. I was using multiple substances though. I’ve used vitamins, hydration, and tons of sleep before. I was also about 10 years younger then. I also take Naltrexone now. I have hardly any cravings! It’s been a game changer.
