What’s Sober October?
Hi there,
So I decided to sign up for Sober October… and it begins TOMORROW!
I’m going to give up alcohol for a month in solidarity with people in recovery. SMART Recovery has an evidence-based program which is effective with a range of addictive and problematic behaviors such as smoking, alcohol and other drugs, gambling, plus more.
