Exercise is drinking

Yesterday I was having really good squat day and kept adding more and more weight on my barbell (similar to how i used to drink more and more alcohol)

aaaaaand I got to 210 lbs . ! I don't even weigh that much 🫠:upside_down_face::woozy_face:

So I've remained an addict, just addicted to something different, now I guess

Yeah Man stay fn busy. My release is cars. My good friend was live 400 pounds couple years ago. Now he’s a fit Dude. Can’t keep him out of the gym. I hope you’re day is awesome :sunglasses:

I feel this, us addicts love living in the extremes and working out gives us the endorphin rush we love chasing. I figure if my vices are now seltzer water and working out…I’ve made a giant positive leap in my life. Though I do try to reign any obsessive tendencies when I see them sneaking into my workout routine.
