Any recommendations for yoga instructors on YouTube or other apps/channels? I tend to stick mostly to vinyasa or restorative as part of my recovery from other workouts, but I am always up for trying something new.

Gosh, I really haven’t done a whole lot of yoga classes in a long time. It definitely saved me when I was having back problems right now. I’m just more into resistance training because I’m getting older.

Amazing! I train a lot also and it’s my mental clarity and my physical therapy.

Since getting clean I have a terrible sweet tooth. All I do is eat now. Eat a lot of junk food. I’m 57 so excercise is getting less and less unfortunately

Do you do any stretches? I’ve found it even more important the older I get.

That sounds very helpful. I would take you up on that too.

Check out the Bend app. It wants you to pay but I’ve been using it for free. Women tend to have tight hips (and I heard you can store stress and emotions in youre hips. :woman_shrugging::woman_shrugging:
