Exercise is so important to my recover. After nearly wrecking my health and life with alcohol, after 69 days of recovery, I’m well on my way to recovering all that was lost, including my health.

I just looked, and it is 70. I was mistaken. Maybe that’s why it was so easy—lol. Need to start adding more weight!
Absolutely agree! I started working out a year ago five days a week. I quit booze in 2017 & cigs in 2020. I wish I'd started at my 1st "quit". Can't change that now :), but it is a new & better high when I leave the gym! I feel SO MUCH better, body & in my head! Keep going! I am at 59 Y.O.!
